Licence 1 - Licence 2 Économie et Droit Double Diplômant

Law

Economics

  • Language of instruction French

  • Duration 2 years

  • ECTS 120

  • Program type Full-time education

  • Diploma National diploma

The goal of these two years is to provide students with a solid foundation in Law and Economics, as well as a broad general knowledge of both disciplines. This program enables students to seamlessly transition into the programs offered by TSE and the Faculté de Droit - Université Toulouse Capitole (Faculty of Law).
The combination of Economics and Law addresses a need in the job market for specialists with expertise in both disciplines who can tackle complex issues requiring knowledge and modes of reasoning specific to both fields.

If you possess:

  • A strong capacity for abstract thinking and an interest in theoretical reasoning,
  • A high degree of intellectual agility, given the diversity of approaches used,
  • A strong interest in Mathematics (see the knowledge required for entry to the first year), which will serve as tools for economic analysis,
  • Strong motivation, as this dual-degree program is demanding and requires a high work ethic.

Give yourself the best chance to succeed and join TSE! You can also review the school’s admission requirements and the recommended specialized and optional courses and electives to ensure you are well-prepared for admission.

After successfully completing the two-year preparatory program in Economics and Law, students may apply for Year 1 of the TSE Master of Science (third year of undergraduate study). Students are also automatically eligible to enter the third year of the Licence mention Droit parcours-type Droit (Undergraduate) at the Université de Toulouse Capitole.
