General Principles

Registration is only valid once the relevant fees have been paid. Tuition fees for national degree programs are set annually by the Minister for Higher Education and Research. The school may also set fees for its own programs and additional services (specific fees), including services offered to students (intensive English language courses, access to libraries).

The amount of tuition fees to be paid annually varies depending on the degree program and each student’s individual circumstances. It is based on a combination of national fees and specific fees. The exact amount of fees to be paid will be indicated to you during the registration process.

When registering, students must have paid the Student and Campus Contribution (CVEC), the annual amount of which (€105 in 2026–2027) is set at national level.

Differentiated Fees

“Differentiated fees” refer to specific tuition fees for non-EU international students. The amount of these fees differs from that of tuition fees for domestic or EU students. These tuition fees must be paid annually.

Detailed information is made available to non-EU applicants for national Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, in particular via the Campus France website.

Specific Fees

On 16 December 2025, the School’s Board of Governors adopted the fee policy for the TSE Master of Science (see opposite: Délibération n°CA 2025-46 relative à la politique tarifaire du Diplôme de TSE – TSE Master of Science).

This tuition fee policy applies from the start of the 2026–2027 academic year to students entering the program. It establishes a specific fee structure based on the cost of the program, including all related services, and is divided into two categories: “means-tested fees” (for European students) and “flat-rate fees” (for non-European students).

Students holding a means-tested scholarship (Crous) and wards of the Nation and the Republic are exempt from tuition fees. Other specific conditions for exemption may apply depending on the student’s circumstances.

General Principles

The Board of Directors has set the cost of the program as follows:

Level Amount Capped Amount (students covered by Article 12 of the resolution)
Year 1 €5,000 €3,000
Year 2 €10,000 €6,000
Year 3 €10,000 €6,000

If you join the program in the second or third year, the fees are higher, amounting to €12,000 for years 2 and 3, before any modulations are applied.

See the details on the program webpage.

Registration for international Master’s programs requires the payment of specific tuition fees amounting to €5,500 in addition to the standard tuition fees (see "Tarifs des parcours internationaux" opposite).

These fees cover the following services:

  • Project management courses and career preparation

  • Comprehensive support from the TSE Careers Service

  • French language courses for international students

  • Maths camp

  • ALL IN - TSE welcome pack (Toul'box) to help students get settled in Toulouse

Students admitted to the international programs are not subject to the differentiated tuition fees. Other specific conditions for exemption may apply depending on the student’s circumstances.

TSE sets the annual fees for registration in the degree programs it creates, in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the Order of 19 April 2019 on registration fees in public higher education institutions falling under the authority of the Minister responsible for higher education.

These fees are specified by decision of the Director of the TSE School (see opposite: "tarifs des formations et actions autofinancées").

The specific fees for students admitted to one of the institution’s distance-learning programs are set annually, and the amounts are specified by decision of the Director of the TSE School (see opposite: "tarifs des formations en alternance et des formations à distance").

Students admitted to distance-learning programs are not subject to the differentiated tuition fees.
