Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods

Tuition fees must be paid by credit card using the secure payment methods provided by the School (online payment, payment at a physical terminal).

Students must ensure that their bank allows for this type of payment.

For security reasons, students are strongly advised to have a bank account in France.

Payment in instalments

Payment of tuition fees in three instalments is available until 2 October 2026, and is limited to once per academic year. The threshold above which payment in instalments is offered is set at €190 for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Terms and Conditions for Payment in Instalments for Online Registrations

Payment can only be made by credit card.
The first instalment is debited immediately upon registration, whilst the second and third installments will be debited 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the date of the first payment.

Terms and Conditions for Payment in Instalments for In-Person Registrations

The first instalment must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
The second and third instalments will be debited on 15 October and 15 November respectively.

Payment in three instalments for in-person enrolments requires a bank account held in France (or a country covered by the SEPA standard).

Refunds

Refunds of tuition fees are limited to the situations set out below. Applications for refunds must be submitted by 2 October 2026, using the form provided here. Applications must be accompanied by supporting documents relevant to the reason given.

If the tuition fee was paid in three instalments, a refund can only be issued once all instalments have been paid in full. The request remains subject to the deadlines set out above.

Change in circumstances

Students falling into one of the categories defined below are eligible for a partial refund of tuition fees already paid:

  • Students who have received notification of a CROUS scholarship after registering;
  • Students who have received a notification of exemption after registering;
  • Students who have signed an apprenticeship contract after registering;
  • Individuals who have signed a professional training contract after registering.

Withdrawal from studies

Withdrawal from studies is permitted for duly registered students; it results in the cancellation of administrative registration and the loss of all associated rights. Students who withdraw from their studies for one of the following reasons are entitled to a full refund of the tuition fees paid:

  • Success in a civil service examination;
  • Acceptance into a selective course under the LMD system offered by a French public higher education institution;
  • A serious or legitimate reason expressly approved by the head of the institution.

The application for a refund due to withdrawal, accompanied by supporting documents, must be submitted by 2 October.
A full refund of the fees paid at the time of administrative enrolment is granted automatically, regardless of the reason given for withdrawing from the course, provided the withdrawal is declared before 2 October.

Please note that, in the event of a refund request due to withdrawal and in accordance with the regulations, a sum of €23 is retained by the institution to cover the administrative costs associated with the registration.

Refund of optional fees chosen at the student’s discretion

Optional fees chosen at the time of administrative registration or after registration are non-refundable (including in the event of withdrawal from studies). However, if it can be demonstrated that the service associated with the chosen option was not provided, or that the desired service does not relate to the course (or study programme) in which the student is enrolled or was enrolled at the time of paying for the optional service, a refund may be considered.
The assessment of the grounds put forward for obtaining a refund of an optional fee is at the sole discretion of the head of the institution.
