Career Success Workshops
These three-hour workshops, conducted in English, are designed to support students in their transition to the workforce by helping them develop key professional skills and gain confidence in their future careers. The workshops cover the following topics: Stress Management, Salary Negotiation, Conflict Management, and Assessment Center Preparation.
To be awarded the Professionalization University Diploma (DU), students must:
- Successfully complete the Professional Development course with a minimum grade of 10/20;
- Successfully complete the Project Management course with a minimum grade of 10/20;
- Participate in at least one Career Success Training Workshop (Stress Management, Conflict Management, Salary Negotiation, or Preparation for Psychometric Tests and Assessment Centers used by international organizations).
Alternatively, for a more international audience, you may prefer "University Certificate in Professional Development" instead of "Professionalization University Diploma (DU)", while retaining the abbreviation DU if required for administrative accuracy.
Advance registration is required for certain services. Registration procedures will be communicated at the beginning of the academic year.
Course selection also takes place at the beginning of the academic year. Any subsequent changes to a student's course choices must be approved by the Director of the University Diploma (DU) program.
