After October 1, it is recommended that you inquire about the refund policy before initiating the cancellation process.

Supporting documents required:

• Student card or ID card of the student concerned by the cancellation process
• A letter explaining the reason for withdrawing from your studies
• Any other supporting documents (certificate of registration at another institution, medical certificate, employment contract)

Please note that canceling your registration:

• Does not automatically result in a refund of tuition fees
• Requires the return of your student ID card and the original registration certificate for the current academic year

Students receiving scholarships: Canceling your registration may result in the suspension of scholarship payments by the Crous.

If tuition fees were paid in three installments (by credit card), a refund can only be issued after the third installment has been collected.
