Professional information: Job title

Information derived from the recruitment process: Candidate’s interests, Candidate’s professional skills, Previous jobs and employers, Candidate’s professional experience, Information regarding internships completed, Periods of unemployment, Candidate’s education/training/degrees, Assessment of the candidate’s use of work tools (job-related, IT resources, etc.)

5.4. Data Collected for Processing: Cookie Management

Electronic Information: IP addresses, MAC addresses, history of pages visited

6. Recipients

The primary recipients of your data are we ourselves, for the purpose of processing your orders and managing the user experience. More specifically, the internal recipients are: [RECIPIENTS].

8. Data Transfers Outside the European Union

In some cases, your personal information will be stored on servers located outside the EEA.

This is particularly the case when we transfer information to certain partners, notably via cookies to Google, which may store data on servers in the United States. However, on July 10, 2023, an agreement between the European Union and the United States was signed regarding data transfers. As a result, the use of Google Analytics is compliant.

When you visit us on social media, those platforms may process your personal data using their cookies. We do not control these cookies on social media platforms. Furthermore, we are unable to access your accounts unless you actively grant us access. TSE School complies with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act regarding the security and confidentiality of your data.

We implement all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of our processing of personal data and the confidentiality of the data we collect.
