Join a Strategic Network
The TSE Partners Club forms a unique ecosystem where public institutions, private companies, and individual philanthropists connect. Together, we share a common ambition: driving world-class research and informing tomorrow's economic decisions.
Joining the Partners Club means engaging at the heart of scientific excellence through three core pillars:
A Platform for Dialogue and Strategic Foresight: An exclusive forum to exchange industry insights, share best practices, and foster collective thinking on emerging economic transformations.
Direct Connection to Academic Life: Members gain close insight into the Foundation’s operational directions and maintain privileged ties with TSE leadership and ongoing faculty research.
A Voice in Governance: Partners actively contribute to institutional governance, holding one-third of the seats (5 out of 15) on our Board of Directors.

Investment Policy
Rigorous, Independent, and Sustainable Fund Management
Supporting TSE means aligning with a solid, transparent financial model designed for long-term impact.
Financing top-tier research over the long term requires sustainable resources and rigorous management. Since its creation in 2007, the Jean-Jacques Laffont – TSE Foundation has built on a clear endowment strategy: working with donors to capitalize gifts, and managing these funds to balance security, return on investment, and scientific independence.
Expert Oversight
Investment decisions are entrusted to an Investment Committee composed of five members, two TSE economists, two external financial experts, and the Managing Director. This committee proposes investment strategies and oversees execution under the authority of the Board of Directors. It ensures informed, prudent governance aligned with our long-term commitments.
Governance of the Jean-Jacques Laffont – TSE Foundation
TSE is structured around three distinct entities working together under a shared strategy with pooled resources.
