FAQ IA PRIMO WEB

To access IA PRIMO WEB, you must have completed one of the following application procedures:

• Parcoursup (with a “OUI Définitif” confirmed choice for TSE): prefix your Parcoursup number with P26 (for example: P26XXXXXXX if the number is XXXXXXX). If your Parcoursup number has only 4, 5, or 6 digits, please add enough zeros to make it a 7-digit number (for example: P260012345 if the number is 12345).
• eCandidatures (with a confirmed favorable decision): enter the applicant number you created this year on eCandidatures TSE.
• MonMaster
• MoveOn (you were admitted as part of a mobility program): enter your MoveOn username.

The data entered here is automatically imported from information you provided in eCandidatures, Parcoursup, MonMaster, or MoveOn. If you notice any errors that you are unable to correct during the online registration process, please call the Registration Hotline as indicated below.

The amount calculated in the program corresponds to the information you provided. This amount must be paid online by credit card. If our review of your supporting documents results in a change to the amount due, we will notify you.

If you do not provide supporting documentation, your status will be reassessed. If you register as a grant recipient but do not have the grant award notification issued by the CROUS, you will be required to pay the full amount of the tuition fees. You must provide all required documents.
