Background and Objectives
After the great success of Tokenomics 2019, we were pleased to announce Tokenomics 2020, the 2nd International Conference on Blockchain Economics, Security and Protocols. This year’s conference was hosted by Toulouse School of Economics (TSE).
Tokenomics is an international forum for theory, design, analysis, implementation and applications of blockchains and smart contracts. The goal of the conference is to bring together economists, computer science researchers and practitioners working on blockchains in a unique program featuring outstanding invited talks and academic presentations.

Ethereum France, is a French non-profit organization promoting blockchain and Ethereum in all French-speaking countries. Ethereum France brings together a dynamic ecosystem by organising events, creating content and encouraging discussions so that everyone can become proficient on the blockchain technology. Notable activities include continuous support to research oriented events, organization of the yearly Ethereum Community Conference and hosting of the eponymous website.
Kaiko is an enterprise grade digital assets market data provider- covering all major cryptocurrency exchanges and over 40,000 asset pairs (including spot, derivatives, swaps, etc.). They deliver historical and live normalised tick level trade & order books data through their data feed, market API and live stream.
The Blockchain & Platform chair was created by the Ecole Polytechnique with the support of Capgemini. It brings together researchers in computer science and economics whose research focuses on blockchains and associated technologies. The Blockchain & Platform chair is directed by Daniel Augot and Julien Prat. It is composed of researchers and Ph.D. students at the Ecole Poytechnique as well as of associate researchers dedicated to these four areas of expertise : Cryptography, Distributed Algorithms, Formal Proof, Incentives & Governance.
