Congratulations to Marine Coinon who has been awarded a Special Mention in the 2026 FAERE Best Paper Award for Young Economists for her article “Pesticide Externalities and Spatial Coordination Failure in Mixed Farming Landscapes.”
The award was presented at the annual conference of the French Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (FAERE), recognizing outstanding research by early-career economists.
After receiving the Cem Ertur Prize in Spatial Econometrics and Statistics earlier this year, Marine Coinon has earned further recognition for this paper.
This award recognizes not only the quality of Marine Coinon’s research but also her promising contribution to advancing knowledge at the intersection of spatial econometrics, agriculture, and environmental sustainability.
