Congratulations to Maria Frech and Gerard Maideu Morera, both Phd Students awarded the 15th Best paper Award on Gender Economics by the UniCredit Foundation, for their paper "The Hidden Demand for Flexibility - A Theory of Gendered Employment Dynamics".
Maria and Gerard are supervised by Professor Christian Hellwig and involved in the Macroeconomics group at TSE.
