Abstract
Corporate finance is the area of finance that considers decisions at a firm level. It develops the tools and analysis used to make these decisions. The primary goal of corporate finance is to maximize shareholder value. The objective of this talk is to present a selective overview of mathematical models that helps to understand the managerial decisions in terms of investment, hedging and liquidity management.
