Hotel costs (up to 3 nights) will be directly billed to the conference organizers. Any modification or cancellation must be notified by email at postconf@tse-fr.eu.

Please note that you will have to pay for the expenses of the accompanying person (tourist taxes and breakfasts).

Special dietary
If you mention a Vegetarian menu or other special dietary requirements, please note that the carterer and the restaurant will be informed of this fact and you will have to present yourself to the waiter during lunch and dinner so that they can provide you with the appropriate meal ordered. Registration fees will be 250 euros (include admission to conference, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner).
