Exciting news from the Alignment Project
Alex Smolin (Assistant Professor at TSE) and Piotr Dworczak (Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Northwestern University and a Researcher at GRAPE), have been awarded a grant on artificial intelligence.
Their successul project "Designing Human-AI Interactions: Misalignment, Robustness, and Trust" is one of the 60 projects to advance AI alignment research. The projects span fields like mathematics, learning theory, economics, cognitive science etc...
