Guided Tour of the Toulouse School of Economics

For its 41st edition, the European Heritage Days will take place from Friday, September 20th to Sunday, September 22nd, 2024, highlighting the captivating themes of "Heritage of Routes, Networks, and Connections" and "Maritime Heritage."

Initially named "Open Days of Historic Monuments" by the Ministry of Culture in 1984, these days aim to share with as many people as possible the exceptional richness of our heritage through unique events, unusual visits, and exceptional openings. Now essential meet-ups, these local events are celebrated in more than 50 countries around the world, offering free access to public monuments and reduced rates for most participating private establishments. They thus reveal not only the historical heritage of civil and religious monuments but also agricultural and industrial heritages, bearing witness to ancestral know-how. Come and discover the Toulouse School of Economics, a heritage treasure recently added to the University of Toulouse Capitole, during the European Heritage Days. Join us for an immersive guided tour that will plunge you into the history of this exceptional building. You will have the opportunity to explore the origins of its design, understand the complex engineering that enabled its construction, and appreciate the unique architectural vision of Grafton Architects. Additionally, you will be able to discover the world of research and explore the exciting work carried out within the Toulouse School of Economics.
