Digital Workshop

Abstract

Beyond the ethical principles of self-regulation adopted by some digital companies, this workshop focuses on the construction of an artificial intelligence law. An AI law appears following a sector-based approach depending on the degree of risk. A transversal approach of accountability.can also be envisaged. This research is conducted by the Research Chair of Law, Accountability and Social Trust in AI within ANITI. It will be subject of a collective work bringing together more than 50 authors in Europe and Canada.
