Course objectives:

This course will provide participants with an in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art economic and econometric tools for the calculation of damages: from the assessment of a cartel overcharge to the evaluation of the share of that overcharge that is passed on from plaintiffs to their clients. These techniques will be put in practice by reference to recent cases.
