Biography
Marion Desquilbet is a research fellow at INRAE. Her research focuses on the impacts of different types of agricultural production and the analysis of public policies that govern them: methods and costs of acquiring knowledge on the effects of pesticides on health and the environment; pesticide authorization procedures; incentives and disincentives for agroecological practices; differentiation within food quality standards; agricultural intensification, land use and biodiversity; pest resistance management. She is the program director of the Economics and Ecology path of TSE Master 2 in Environmental Policy and Energy Economics. She has been a member of the Scientific Council of the National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety (Anses) and of the National Committee on Organic Farming of the National Institute of Origin and Quality (INAO), and has taken part in expert assessments for the High Council of Biotechnology, Anses and the High Council of Public Health in France.
