The Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) and the Animal Welfare Economics Working Group are soliciting papers for the next annual interdisciplinary conference on the economics of animal welfare.

This in-person event is the latest in a series of international events on animal welfare economics. It will be held on June 10-11, 2027 at TSE.  

Economists and those in relevant fields, including animal welfare science, political science, and philosophy, are invited to submit papers or extended abstracts. 

In addition to full presentations, “project pitches” from graduate students and other early career researchers are also welcome for consideration. These pitches are ideas for research projects that can be presented in ten minutes or less and would benefit from collective feedback.
