Economic consulting : A focus on competition economics

This talk will propose a quick overview of Compass Lexecon and of the types of cases in which consultants and experts are involved. The presentation will then focus on a specific merger case recently reviewed by the European Commission to illustrate the investigation’s process and examples of economic analysis that can be carried out to assist merging firms.
