Wilfried Sand-Zantman is professor at the Toulouse School of Economics and visiting professor at ESSEC Business School. He holds a Master in Economics and Statistics from the ENSAE (Paris) and a PhD in Economics from the University of Toulouse 1. Wilfried’s research interests are in industrial organization, regulation, and more generally informational economics. His articles have been published in international journals such as the European Economic Review, the International Journal of Industrial Organization, the Journal of Industrial Economics, the Rand Journal of Economics, and the Journal of European Economic Association. Wilfried was also involved in consulting and executive education for several firms as EDF, Orange, SFR and Telephonica.i
