Biography
Formerly the Dean of the Faculty of Social Science at the University of Ottawa, Canada, Vicky Barham arrived at TSE in 2025. As an academic leader, she is known as a champion of innovative strategies for research mobilisation, experiential learning and creating a first-class student experience, as well as her commitment to internationalization. As a researcher, she studies economic activity that takes place outside the market – whether it be the family, or the funding and behavior of not-for-profits, or physician reimbursement.
