 s in a multi-product distribution channel with fair priced and conventiona
 l goods.\nWe identify buyer market power by the manufacturer in the upstre
 am market as a novel\nrole for a manufacturer to impose a vertical restrai
 nt on retailers in the downstream\nmarket\, and characterize the vertical 
 restraint that maximizes collective rents in terms\nof demand-side and sup
 ply-side diversion ratios.
