 ic challenges faced in Norway and drawing insights from research on corpor
 ate liability.  We will explore the relevance of how coordination is defin
 ed by law (in terms of precision and scope)\, the value of economic analys
 es (often conducted by external experts\, e.g.\, from TSE)\, the significa
 nce of choosing court procedures versus settlements for enforcement\, and 
 my perspective on a promising path forward.
