LERNA (Laboratoire d’Economie des Ressources Naturelles) gathers 18 reseachers and professors affiliated to INRA, CNRS and Toulouse University. LERNA's area of research is environment and natural resources economics, with two main research topics : water and energy. The other research topics are economics of environmental risks and precaution, in particular, analysis of risks cost & profit, : relationship between growth and environment (from a sustainable development point of view), and environmental public regulation.
